Bedtime

Do you ever realise that, as a supposed (and I use this term loosely), 'adult' there are things you simply just do not know?

But they're also things that you can't really bring yourself to ask someone because you feel that it's something you should know. Especially by the time you're in your 30s. My wife is equally as perplexed as I am - and generally exhausted. I can't ring my mum and ask her because she'll laugh at me. It's not the kind of thing you can ask the people you work with. I don't quite know what I should google for to try and find an answer

I don't know even know if there IS an answer

But... what time am I supposed to go to bed?
